Little Rockies This team is open to boys and girls, ages 8 years and younger. As an instructional only team, they meet just one hour per week on Tuesday 6-7 pm. This is not a competitive team and will not have a schedule like the older teams. We will, however, have a few outside performances within our community. If you would like our team to entertain your group or function, please contact the director with this information. The Little Rockie team is a great beginning for girls and girls interested in cheerleading. In tumbling the skills being taught are forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, front walk overs and back handsprings. The will learn proper technique in ground level and squish level stunts, which include single leg liberty variations. Jump approaches and various jumps will be taught. A practice t-shirt, shorts and bow is required and available at our "Rock Shop". All this is taught in a fun and energetic atmosphere, where "perfection before progression" is our motto. Coaches:
