Rock Solid Allstars is a cheerleading gym that was established in 1998. A place where youths and young adults can train to be the best all around cheerleaders possible. Our mission is simple: to help athletes achieve their goals on and off the mat while simultaneously teaching them the life skills necessary to succeed in the "real world." And to have fun doing it! The staff here consists of over 100 years of cheerleading experience with multiple national champions to boast. They are here to strengthen and condition, teach proper motion technique, jumps, stunting, and tumbling to all your athletes. From the veteran athlete to the brand new "Lil Rockie" it is our goal to progress and inspire these growing athletes. As mentioned, along with the physical side of cheerleading, we help to provide a solid foundation and basic training for life after cheer. Teaching basic leadership skills, team building, encouragement, discipline, perseverance and commitment.
We offer teams and classes for every level, each class consists of 15 people so that everyone can get the individual attention they need and deserve. All classes are ran on a first-come, first-served basis, so please show up 10-15 minutes early and ready to Rock! The Rock Solid Allstars are one of Florida's Top Allstar Cheerleading Programs. With notable National Championship Titles at Cheersport, UCA, Cheerpower and many more. We are a Triple Crown Points Race winning program, as well as a Summit and World's competitor. 4:45pm – 7:00pm
6:45pm - 9:00pm
Rock Solid All Star Cheer teams are select groups of 15-36 athletes who train and compete together. Seasons are a year long and they typically train twice a week for 4 hours total.
6:30pm – 8:00pm
All Star Prep teams are a low-cost, low-commitment introduction to competitive cheer. Select groups of 15-36 athletes train and compete together. Seasons are typically 11 months long and they train once a week for 2 hours total.
Monday - Thursdays
Tumbling classes are typically one hour and meet once a week to train small groups of athletes working on similar skills. Stretching/Jump classes are 30 minutes. Private lessons are also available upon request.
